Since 1980 we have been offering the BEST Make Ready move in or out detailed cleaning service available today. We also have even more detailed Construction Cleanup services that can clean any home after construction, remodeling or restoration job you may have just completed. Our prices are variable depending on the type of heavy dustdrywall, sawdust or concreteyou have. We do have a $175 minimum charge for our Make Ready or Construction Clean up jobs. If you are looking for weekly or Bi-weekly cleaning our top to bottom cleaning will be the first time cleaning followed up with your scheduled maintenance cleanings. We can also add on professional Carpet Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Wood Floor Cleaning and Polishing, Rug Cleaning, Upholstery and Mattress Cleaning or Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning. On large projects we do need a 23-day notice so we can block off enough schedule time to complete your job.
