Early 1900 velvet dress and coat

Long velvet dress with flapper type sleeves, very tiny waist. The gown is has a design in the velvet that is hard too see in pics. Long velvet coat with balloon type sleeves. Inner lining at sleeves is torn. All silk inner lining is in good shape. Sheer hooded womans cape with neck closure, in good shape, no rips or tears.
