One team moving in one direction. ___________________ ## THE MONEY **2025 pay range: $80,000 – $145,000** **Fleet-wide pay average including all full time drivers: $95,000** - Odometer miles - Monthly mileage bonuses - Weekly drive time bonuses - Paid when shit happens: detention, extra stops, breakdowns ___________________ ## THE EQUIPMENT - 2023+ trucks and trailers - Full sleepers - Fridge, microwave, inverter, heater - 75 mph - Maintained in-house - No shutdown timers - No inward-facing baby monitors - Make it yours ___________________ ## THE ROUTES & FREIGHT - Origin to Origin - Routes run predominantly Southeast and Midwest - 5-10 days out, 2-3 loads per route - 3,850 miles average week - No-touch freight - Backhauls drop and hook - 80% dedicated, direct customer freight ___________________ ## THE HOME TIME - Performance-based. Run hard, get more time off. - Home time is baked into every route — extended by how quick you get there - Routes are Origin to Origin — home time happens wherever you live along the way - Need time off? Two weeks notice, finish whats on the schedule, youre home. No cap. - Flights home provided - You control it.
