I will completely clean your wood floors using the best wood floor cleaning products to make them ready for a great high gloss or low gloss polish finish. If you have more than 200, I only charge $.33 ft. for cleaning after the first 200 and I only charge $.36 ft. for polishing after the first 200. This really makes your wood floors look their best. Really large square foot jobs get a discount. I can also strip and wax VCT floors in businesses. Stripping the old wax off can be a very messy and tedious job. If you have wax on your wood floors it will need to be stripped off before I am able to clean and polish the wood floor. It usually runs around $.65 ft. to strip and rinse the old wax off the floor. You should NEVER put wax on a polyurethane wood floor. If you want a shiny wood floor, I can make it shiny with High Gloss Polish. I also offer repair to wood floor finishes or damage. Ask about it or send me some pictures. Applying wax to VCT depends on how much of a shine you want and that depends on how thirsty your VCT is. Some VCT is pre-sealed and shines with 1 coat of wax. Some cheaper VCT takes 2-3 coats to get a shine. Waxing is priced by the ft. and by the # of coats. The more square footage you have the lower the price is per ft.
