1 room available in a 4 bedroom house. 3 males in mid twenties live in the property (one is owner, 2 are friends renting). Looking for a clean, respectable individual. No pets please, there is a cat living in the house but stays mainly in the master bedroom. Does not include utilities, those will be split with the other 3 individuals. Deposit is 350.
