These are out of big framed angus mommas and our Fullblooded Registered Waygu Bulls. 3300 per half. Bulls we use are picked for tenderness scores and ribeye ultrasounds, this ensures great marbling in your beef. They are 1250 to 1350 lbs now and we will pay for feed to finish, at no extra cost. You pay processing, typically $1 per lb. You decide all your cuts, thickness, how many lbs to the pkgs ect. Can also pick up to process where you wish. Holistically raised, no horm 1 rings, all feed is locally sourced from the farms within a 10 mile radius. Happy fed, fat Wagyu/Angus cattle, that have a great life.
