Inside Sales Representative Keller Supply – Sandpoint, Idaho Keller Supply is a family-owned and operated plumbing, heating, and irrigation supply company serving contractors, builders, and homeowners across the Pacific Northwest. We’re growing and looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Sandpoint location. Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the friendly voice and problem-solver for our customers over the phone and at the counter. You’ll help contractors find the right products, process orders quickly, provide accurate pricing, and deliver outstanding customer service that keeps them coming back. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in person and over the phone with product selection, quotes, and order placement Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, plumbers, and retail customers Process sales orders, returns, and special orders accurately Stay knowledgeable about our extensive inventory of plumbing, heating, and irrigation products Work closely with our warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude What We’re Looking For: Previous sales or customer service experience preffered (preferably in plumbing, construction, or retail supply) Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong desire to help people Basic computer skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems Ability to learn product knowledge quickly Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods Compensation & Benefits: Starting wage: $20+ per hour (depending on experience) Performance-based incentives and commission opportunities Paid time off Health insurance options Employee discounts on products Friendly, supportive work environment with room to grow If you enjoy fast-paced work, love talking with customers, and want to be part of a trusted local business that’s been serving North Idaho for years, we’d love to hear from you!
