I bring decades of hands-on experience in animal care, property management, and emergency response. I’m calm under pressure, resourceful, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly in your absence. 🐾 Animal Experience - Dogs, cats, and small mammals (hamsters, rats, guinea pigs, etc.) - Livestock (cattle, goats, pigs, chickens, etc.) - Horses and basic equine care. - Exotic animals including reptiles, birds large or small and aquarium maintenance. ⛑️I am a trained veterinary technician, so I’m comfortable with: - medications (oral, topical, injections if needed) - monitoring for illness or injury - wound care, mobility issues (carts, Bailey chairs) - knowing the difference between urgent vs. emergency situations 🚜Property & Ranch Skills - Experience with ranch and rural property care. in high-fire areas. - Comfortable operating UTVs/ATVs, riding mowers, power tools. - Feeding routines, water systems, basic troubleshooting. - Gardening, irrigation and general outdoor upkeep. - Professional-level cleaning and organization. 🚑 Safety & Reliability - Former EMS professional with strong emergency judgment. - Trained in emergency management and crisis response. - Reliable vehicle. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - I know when to handle things independently and when to call for help. 💬 What You Can Expect From Me - Respect for your home, animals, and routines. - Clear communication and updates if desired. - Dependable, drama-free care. - A calm, capable presence you can trust!
