Pregnant young Cat

I am hoping somebody is willing to take care of this pregnant cat that comes to my address at night,the daytime,sometimes in the evening. Ill be able to catch her I just have to set up a guaranteed pickup in the morning because sometimes shes not here. She is a very friendly cat but I already have two cats and we have to move in 4 months. She is officially pregnant and will be popping soon I just dont know where shell be giving birth. Im looking for a $5 fee for knowing shes going to be taken care of. I call her White Socks if you cant come up with a name.
